OVERSEEING THE BUILDING WORKS & JOINERY DETAILS THAT LED TO THIS LONDON HOME BEING A TRULY EXCEPTIONAL STATEMENT PROPERTY.
We worked on this Regent’s Park property alongside Alexandra Dixon Interiors with a view to transforming this stunning traditional space. Our mission was to oversee the joinery works, complete the majority of the building works, and the subtle joinery features that make the property glow.
Focusing on the works completed by us, we manufactured and fitted all the interior doors as well as renovating those which were far too alluring to replace. The major part of our works included bespoke bookshelves with integrated mood lighting, a luxury contemporary kitchen and a custom walk-in wardrobe . All of these were matched from the property’s original features and manufactured in a modern robust way, to ensure that the character would stand the test of time.
We also completed all the panelling, skirting, dado rails and architraves.
Our joinery works continued on the external side, with bespoke casement and sash windows that retained the property’s attributes, whilst bringing them in line with modern FENSA regulations.
Moreover, we completed much of the building works throughout, including partitioning, bathroom fittings, plumbing, lighting and electricals.
The project is brought wonderfully together by the genius interior design and architecture by Alexandria Dixon Interiors, whose miraculous attention to detail made the project truly a joy to work on.
